ISLAMABAD:

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will leave for London on Wednesday for his routine medical check-up, which was repeatedly postponed due to his official engagements over the past few months.

Sources in the PML-N said that the prime minister, in addition to the medical check-up, would spend time with his children at his London residence.

According to sources, PM Nawaz was suggested to spend a week away from the hustle-bustle of the capital, just to relives his stress and anxiety following the Panama Leaks.

They said that Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, who was due to travel to the United States within a week, would also visit London.

They said that Dar would brief the PM about his meetings the IMF board and the US authorities.

Another humble request with the Prime Minister and the whole leadership of the country is that "PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CALL PAKSTAN A MODREN COUNTRY WHICH CAN'T PROVIDE MEDICAL TREATMENT TO ITS PRIME MINISTER".
