State Life insurance Corporation of Pakistan entered into an agreement with Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder for the development of key result areas (KRAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The signing ceremony was attended by State Life Insurance Executive Director Jamil Anwar and Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder managing partner Salim Chinoy. Addressing the audience, Anwar highlighted the importance of an appropriate performance measurement system and explained that KPIs are a set of quantifiable measures used to gauge or compare performance- in terms of meeting the strategic and operational goals. He further added that the development of KRAs and KPIs will give long lasting benefit to the corporation.
