Delaying tactics: Govt flayed for not restoring sacked teachers
Babak said the previous ANP-led provincial government had restored 30% of teachers who had been dismissed

Awami National Party provincial general secretary Sardar Hussain Babak has flayed the government for delaying the reinstatement of teachers who had been sacked in 1997 by the then governments.
“The current government is violating laws passed by the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Assembly and the decision of the court,” the statement quoted Babak as saying.

Awami National Party provincial general secretary Sardar Hussain Babak has flayed the government for delaying the reinstatement of teachers who had been sacked in 1997 by the then governments.
According to a statement issued from Bacha Khan Markaz on Saturday, Babak said the previous ANP-led provincial government had restored 30% of teachers who had been dismissed.
“However, the incumbent government has ignored the law and are delaying their reinstatement of these teachers,” the statement cited Babak as saying.
As per the document, the ANP leader said teachers who had been terminated had taken up the matter in the Peshawar High Court and the latter had already given the decision in their favour.
“The current government is violating laws passed by the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Assembly and the decision of the court,” the statement quoted Babak as saying.
