Navy Promotions: Six commodores made rear admirals
Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah conferred military awards on PN officers, CPOs, POs and sailors

The government on Thursday notified promotions of six commodores of Pakistan Navy to the rank of rear admiral with immediate effect, a PN press release stated. The commodores who have been promoted to the next rank include, Dr Nassar Ikram, Sajid Wazir Khan, Asif Hameed, Zain Zulfiqar, Faisal Rasul Lodhi and Zahid Ilyas. Separately, Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah conferred military awards on PN officers, CPOs, POs and sailors in an impressive investiture ceremony held at the Bahria Auditorium in Karachi.
