The principal of a private college was gunned down by unidentified motorcyclists in Phase IV, Hayatabad on Wednesday. He has been identified as Abid Raza.Abid was walking near Afridi Market when armed men riding on motorbikes opened fire on him, killing him on the spot. He was shifted to the hospital by Rescue 1122 where he succumbed to his injuries. Speaking to The Express Tribune, Cantt SP Kashif Zulfiqar said a 9-mm pistol had been used by the attackers. “It appears Abid was victim of a sectarian target attack,” he added.
