Senate panel: 18th Amendment issues discussed
Gardezi briefed the committee regarding the transition issues and problems of Sindh and Balochistan governments

The Senate Functional Committee on Devolution Process in a meeting held here Tuesday took notice of the problems being faced by Sindh and Balochistan provinces regarding transfer of powers after 18th amendment of the constitution. The meeting, held with Senator Hasil Bizenjo in the chair, reviewed the legislation process carried out by Sindh and Balochistan governments after the passage of the 18th Amendment. Senators Taj Haider, Attaur Rehman, Kamil Agha, Usman Kakar, Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination (IPC) Riaz Pirzada, Secretary IPC Mohammad Ali Gardezi and senior officials attended the meeting. Gardezi briefed the committee regarding the transition issues and problems of Sindh and Balochistan governments.
