Non compliance : Arrest warrants for SHO
Additional Session Judge Amjad Nazir Chaudhary on Tuesday issued non bailable arrest warrants for D-Type Colony SHO and a show cause notice to the D-Type Colony DSP for non-compliance with court orders.
The SHO and the DSP were summoned repeatedly in a case pending hearing before the court but he failed to join the hearings.
On Tuesday, the judge issued non bailable arrest warrants for the SHO and directed the Operations SSP to produce him in the court on April 2.
The DSP was directed to appear before the court on April 2.
