A host of politicians and celebrities across the world took to social media to condemn Sunday's suicide blast

People across the world shared messages of solidarity after at least 72 people were killed and more than 233 injured when a suicide bomb ripped through a crowded park in Lahore where Christians were celebrating Easter on Sunday.

Shortly after the blast, people began sharing a sketch of the Minar-e-Paristan with the hashtag, #PrayForLahore. A host of politicians and celebrities took to social media to condemn Sunday's suicide blast.

"Following the bombing in Lahore in Pakistan, I express solidarity with the people of Pakistan in these painful moments," French president François Hollande tweeted.







































South Korea, Syria, Iran, Sri Lanka, Indonesia among others also condemned the heinous attack.
