Security matters: German envoy calls on army chief

RAWALPINDI: Ambassador of Germany to Pakistan Ina Lepel on Wednesday called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif. During the meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interest including defence cooperation, said an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release. Ambassador Ina Lepel appreciated Pakistan Army’s achievements and sacrifices for peace and stability in the region.
