Secret Closet

It’s simply the best, most comprehensive fashion blog in Pakistan. There is no one better at documenting collections by every Pakistani designer, no matter how big or small - plus they keep an eye on international trends too.

Smitten Kitchen

I love food blogs and this is one of the best I’ve come across. Run out of a tiny kitchen in New York, it’s gone on to win acclaim from all around the world. The recipes really work and the photos are unbeatable.

The Shooting Star

This is a spectacular travel blog by Shivya Nath. She quit her corporate job in 2011 to travel the world — reading her blog is a glorious type of escapism. She’s been to some amazing places and her inexpensive but intense and local approach to travel makes it a great real.

Little Black Book Delhi

This one has me wishing it was possible to hop across the border with ease. It’s a super cool guide to Delhi and its environs. It covers everything from food to interiors, giving insider knowledge on fitness classes, leisure and more. LLBD is a huge inspiration
to Karachista.

My Tamarind Kitchen

It is another food blog, run by Summaya Usmani, who is based in Scotland. She blogs about Pakistani food and ties her recipes to memories of growing up in Pakistan. I love to see familiar recipes done slightly differently from the way I would do them.
