The Islamabad Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested a wanted auto-thief and recovered a stolen car and hashish from him, a police spokesman said.
During the investigation, the accused confessed to stealing 13 cars. The police have registered a case and started investigation.

The Islamabad Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested a wanted auto-thief and recovered a stolen car and hashish from him, a police spokesman said.
The auto-thief, identified as Imran Khatia, was arrested red-handed while lifting a car from a local market after he was put under surveillance.
According to the police, the accused confessed to stealing cars along with his wife and other accomplices including Aurangzeb, Farhad, Sohail after changing his getup. The police also recovered 10 kilograms of hashish, a fake national identity card and a driving licence from him.
During the investigation, the accused confessed to stealing 13 cars. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
