LAHORE:
Lahore High Court on Monday accepted an application for submission of additional evidence in a petition seeking formation of a judicial commission to probe allegations against MQM chief Altaf Hussain.
Petitioner Barrister Ali Gillani had sought permission to add clippings of news reports to the petition. He had said that former Karachi nazim Mustafa Kamal’s statements should be treated as a confession of his involvement in criminal activities at the behest of the MQM chief. He also sought orders to put names of Kamal and other MQM leaders on the exit control list.
