Drastic step: PTV assistant producer kills self

PESHAWAR: An assistant producer of Pakistan Television, Kamran Ayub, reportedly committed suicide at his residence in Gulshan Colony within the jurisdiction of Gulberg police station on Sunday. According to the police, the pistol Ayub used to shoot himself was taken into possession. Police officials claimed the deceased was disturbed and stressed for a long time. His body has been sent for an autopsy.
