Fatal negligence: FIR sought against quack
Petitioner Imran Shah said that his wife Fakhira had visited a clinic for medical checkup

An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from the Nishtar Colony SHO on Wednesday on a petition seeking the registration of case against a quack he said was responsible for his wife’s death. Petitioner Imran Shah said that his wife Fakhira had visited a clinic for medical checkup. “The quack gave her an injection, which caused her death,” he said. He said he had gone to the Nishtar Colony police station to lodge a complaint against the quack. However, they had refused to do so. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register the FIR.
