Nuisance: Man seeks FIR against neighbours
Umar said he had requested the SHO to register a complaint against them
LAHORE:
An additional district and sessions judge on Wednesday sought comments from Defence-A SHO on a petition filed by a man seeking the registration of an FIR against his neighbours for playing loud music at night. Petitioner Khawaja Umar said that he lived in Defence’s G Block. “Servants living in the house in front of ours play loud music at night. When I complained to them, they threatened me with dire consequences,” he said. Umar said he had requested the SHO to register a complaint against them. However, police had turned down the request.
