Security measures: MUET to introduce campus police

HYDERABAD:
Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET) is considering the introduction of campus policing to deal with security challenges. Vice-chancellor Dr Prof Muhammad Aslam Uqaili informed participants at the concluding ceremony of a three-day security guards training workshop that a proposal in this regard may be submitted to the Sindh government. During the workshop, the police trained private guards on how to use weapons.
