An attacker stabbed 10 people along the Tel Aviv waterfront Tuesday, killing one, as US Vice President Joe Biden arrived in the city for a visit, police and medics said.
Police said the attacker wounded three people in the Jaffa port area of Israel's commercial capital before going on toward a restaurant and stabbing four others.
Israeli medical service Magen David Adom reported nine people wounded and one dead. Police said the attacker was shot, but his condition and identity were not yet clear.
