Role of smes: ‘Pakistan committed to reducing poverty’

The Turkish organisation will help the Punjab government in transfer of knowledge, experience and technology

ISLAMABAD:

Pakistan is committed to alleviating poverty and unemployment through development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This was said by Federal Minister for Industries and Production, Ghulam Murtaza Khan Jatoi, while meeting president of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organisation (KOSGEB) of Turkey on Monday. The Turkish delegation is currently in Pakistan on the invitation of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. The Turkish organisation will help the Punjab government in transfer of knowledge, experience and technology.
