Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

The Sun moves into your sign in two weeks’ time. Between now and then, however, both the world around you and your priorities will change, often dramatically and, frequently, unexpectedly. Knowing that, should you be making plans for the future, ensure they’re flexible enough you can easily rethink them.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

Sometimes practical obstacles are exactly that, problems that need to be defined, then dealt with. However, those you’re currently facing seem more complex. That’s mostly because those difficulties are, in truth, an excuse for delaying certain inevitable changes. Ironically, the more swiftly you plunge in, the easier it will be.

Gemini | May 20 – June 19

Your sense of humour enables you to see the funny side of even very challenging situations, and as important, help others do the same. Yet now even you are in a glum mood about certain unsettling changes. Waste no time worrying about this. Those feelings will vanish as swiftly as they appeared.

Cancer | June 20 – July 21

Obviously you’ll want to discuss plans with those closest, both because you rely on their advice and, in some cases, your decisions will influence them. While that’s important, waste no time trying to finalise arrangements now. Things will change, and more than once, before anything can be regarded as settled.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

There’s a fine line between the everyday setbacks we all face occasionally and those you’re currently wrestling with. These are the result of changes as sudden as they are complex. They seem unsettling now, but when you look back on this period, you’ll be grateful for even the most dramatic.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Making a tentative decision seems a waste of time. Yet while certain matters need to be dealt with, the foundation on which those arrangements would be based is unstable. Organise things with that in mind. It may not be your usual approach to decision-making, but for now it’s your only option.

Libra | September 22 – October 21

Obviously, causing distress isn’t desirable. However, one or two individuals actually need to feel upset. They are arch-manipulators and view everybody, including you, as chess pieces to be moved to suit their plans. Only when they fear you’re genuinely annoyed will they take any notice of your words, feelings or demands.

Scorpio | October 22 – November 20

If it seems like Lady Luck is nearby, it’s true. Tempting as it is to lure this good fortune your way swiftly, those efforts will only result in frustration. Your time is better spent considering which elements of your life have become burdensome and need to be altered or, perhaps, come to an end.

Sagittarius | November 21 – December 20

There’s a side of your nature that reveres truth and has a huge respect for justice which, therefore, means you will go out of your way to correct facts you know are wrong. For now, don’t do it. Tempting as it is to put things right, the resulting discussions would become both heated and time-consuming.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 19

Admitting you’ve been cornered into an arrangement in which somebody is taking advantage of you could be embarrassing. But it’s also a very good lesson. The next time offers appear that are too good to be true, you’ll double-check the facts and the background of the individuals involved, and only after that, proceed.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 18

Saying no without really meaning it is an art, one that for you, as a straightforward Aquarius, doesn’t come naturally. Still, there will be several situations in which you must do exactly that, present disinterest while you’re keeping an eye on what’s taking place. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.

Pisces | February 19 – March 19

Watching elements of your life you’ve cared about come undone isn’t easy. However, that sadness is tinged with relief, mostly about certain arrangements and alliances that have become more of a burden than they are a pleasure. With any luck, you’ll soon be able to say farewell to them.
