New appointments: PM approves posting of 3 bureaucrats
The PM also approved the posting of Iftikhar Babar to Director General Pakistan National Council of Arts
ISLAMABAD:
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday approved new postings of three bureaucrats to different ministries and divisions. According to a statement issued by the PM House the PM Nawaz approved the posting of Bashir Memon, an officer of the Police Services of Pakistan, as Inspector General Azad Jammu and Kashmir, putting him at the disposal of the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs. Earlier, he was serving as joint director intelligence bureau. Memon will replace Malik Khuda Bakhsh as IGP who had been directed to report to Establishment Division. The PM also approved the posting of Iftikhar Babar to Director General Pakistan National Council of Arts.
