Contentious: Grade-V to take centralised exams
The districts where examinations were held include Peshawar, Charsadda and Chitral

Students of class five took their exam in a few districts of the province. Speaking to The Express Tribune on Wednesday, Ulfat Begum, a district education officer in Peshawar, said a series of arrangements were made in this regard and teachers were hired from other schools to invigilate the exams. Students took the test under the new centralised examination system introduced by Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education department. The districts where examinations were held include Peshawar, Charsadda and Chitral, where 49,046 students took the test in 442 examination halls.
