NEW DEHLI:
Pakistan players along with a score of foreign athletes are willing to be part of the World Series Hockey tournament that will be launched by the Indian Hockey Federation (IHF) this year. Nimbus Sports Chief Operating Officer Yannick Colaco said a lot of international players were interested but did not reveal any names.

“All top players will be part of this series,” said Colaco. “Pakistan players have also approached us but the decision regarding their participation will be taken by the government.”

There are 10 from Australia and seven Pakistan players in touch with organisers, according to officials. “Over a 100 foreign players are in touch with us but we have a slot of 60 only,” said the official.
