The chief justice of Peshawar High Court, along with other judges, ordered the transfer and posting of 31 additional district and session judges of lower courts.
They also appointed 25 judges recently. Syed Badshah has been transferred to Abbottabad, Arbab Abdul Aziz to DI Khan, Iftikhar Ilahi to Malakand, Adil Majeed and Naveedur Rahman to Abbottabad, and Shakirullah, Syed Yasir Shabir, Muambar to Peshawar. Ziaur Rahman and Muhammad Saeed have been transferred to Lakki Marwat, Rasheedullah Kuni to Bannu, Jamal Shah Mehsood, Rahatullah and Fahim Afzal to Kohat, Shaukat Ali, Bakht Alam and Amjad Hussain to Haripur, and Ziaul Haq and Mian Mehmud have been transferred to Mansehra.
Wajid Ali Khan was transferred to Battagram, Muhammad Tahir to Upper Dir, Muhammad Khan and Khasif Dilawar to Mardan, Liaquat Ali to Hangu and Muhammad Zeb to Swat.
