A court sent the suspects accused of marrying an underage girl to an elderly man on a 15-day judicial remand on Friday. It ordered that the girl be sent to Darul Aman and that her medical test be conducted to determine her age. On Thursday, the Husri police arrested 55-year-old Muhammad Yousuf Brohi for marrying 11-year-old Husun Bano. The man’s brother, Majeed Brohi, and the girl’s brother, Abbass Brohi, were also arrested and remanded along with Brohi.
