Promoting A Social Cause: SIUT hosts talent show of volunteers

The Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT) organised on Saturday a volunteer’s talent day programme. The prime objective of the celebration was to promote and harness the talents of student volunteers, who perform volunteer activities at the hospital as a part of community service, said SIUT director Dr Adibul Hassan Rizvi. Many Islamic philosophers preached love and generousity, which is the main concept of Sufism, said Habib University school of arts, humanities and social sciences dean Dr Nauman Naqvi while speaking at the occasion. The other events that took place include debating contest, paintings exhibition, musical talent show and quiz contest.
