LAKKI MARWAT:
Three wanted militants reportedly surrendered to the political administration of Lakki Marwat on Saturday.
Naib tehsildar Damsaz Khan told The Express Tribune the alleged militants belonged to Frontier Region (FR) Lakki Marwat.
He added Matoob Khan aka Shamroz was involved in an attack on security forces on December 17, 2012 while Abdul Salam and Dast Ali were not only involved in extortion cases but were also associated with a banned militant outfit. The political administration had issued warnings to the elders of Lakki Marwat to not provide shelter to the culprits.
