Government reforms: K-P minister assures transparency
Provincial minister said that the essence of government’s policies is to pave way for prosperity and progress

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Minister for Finance Muzaffar Said said on Wednesday that reforms were being introduced in various public departments with the purpose of eradicating corruption and ensuring transparency. Addressing the oath taking ceremony of K-P Civil Secretariat Employees, he said that government believes in the process of reformation as it is the key to wipe out corruption and illegal practices. Provincial minister said that the essence of government’s policies is to pave way for prosperity and progress, adding that hefty sums have been allocated in the annual budget to achieve the goal. He said that the government has initiated development projects in various areas of the province and people would witness the outcome. He said the significance of the workforce in running government machinery efficiently could not be undermined.
