Protest Rally: PPP-SB condemns gas load-shedding

Citizens are already suffering from regular power outages, which have been raised from 10 to 12 hours out of 24

NAUNDERO:
Pakistan Peoples Party-Shaheed Bhutto (PPP-SB) activists held a rally on Sunday in order to state their grievance about the daily gas load-shedding. The protesters led by PPP-SB activists gathered outside the office of the Sui Southern Gas Company and held a protest demonstration in front of Benazir Bhutto Press Club. Despite regularly paid bills, the domestic gas supply pressure was reduced daily within the last six months during cooking hours, complained the protesters. Citizens are already suffering from regular power outages, which have been raised from 10 to 12 hours out of 24, a protester explained. However, the Sindh government is not taking the issue to the federal level. While local sweet merchants are supplied with uninterrupted gas, citizens face problems cooking for their children.
