Shcba hyderabad: Polls to be held on March 15
These names will be omitted from the SHCBA Hyderabad’s membership before the new elections
HYDERABAD:
After staying the February 6 elections of the Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA), Hyderabad, the Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) has decided to issue a new schedule for holding the polls on March 15. The stay order was issued two days before the elections on a complaint of fake membership. The PBC’s commissioners who scrutinised the voter list found 155 members to be serving in the public sector and a few others who have died. These names will be omitted from the SHCBA Hyderabad’s membership before the new elections.
