Pakistan Peoples Party chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari took strong exception to the delay and failure of the federal government to provide the required funds for the repatriation and rehabilitation of the temporarily-displaced persons (TDPs) from Waziristan and other parts of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas.
