A protest was held against the dismissal of 67 teachers in Bannu on Saturday. Participants blamed FATA Education Director Hameedullah Jan, Deputy Director Javed Wazir and Saeedullah Wazir for sacking of 67 teachers. They said the dismissal of teachers was a ruthless act against the education system. Meanwhile, Bannu commissioner has convened a jirga to resolve the matter.
