Best teacher title: Hamdard University professor awarded
This is not only the success of an individual, but the success of eastern medicine, said Zaidi
ISLAMABAD:
Hamdard University faculty of eastern medicine assistant professor Hakeem Syed Zahoorul Hasan Zaidi won the best teacher award during 11th Best University Teacher Award Ceremony, 2014. The event was organised by Higher Education Commission (HEC) in Islamabad. After short listing the entries, only 35 government and five private sector universities across Pakistan were considered eligible to receive the award, said HEC academics director-general Prof Dr Raza Bhatti. The award was presented by Khyber-Paktunkhwa governor and HEC chairperson. This is not only the success of an individual, but the success of eastern medicine, said Zaidi while receiving the award.
