The government has approved the names of 270 retired levies force personnel from Orakzai Agency for the pension scheme. During a ceremony held on Thursday, the levies personnel lauded the efforts of Governor Sardar Mehtab Ahmed Khan, MPA Dr Ghazi Gulab Jamal and Orakzai Agency Political Agent Muhammad Zubair for initiating the pension programme. They said levies personnel sacrificed their lives for the country and the pension programme would help boost their morale.
