Benazir Murder Case: Court summons Rehman Malik
The court issued summons to Malik on the request of a special public prosecutor

An anti-terrorism court on Tuesday summoned former interior minister Rehman Malik to testify in the Benazir Bhutto assassination case. ATC-I Special Judge Rai Muhammad Ayub Khan Marth directed Malik to appear before the court on February 8, next date of hearing in the case. Malik is listed in the calendar of prosecution witnesses provided to the trial court by the FIA. The court issued summons to Malik on the request of a special public prosecutor.
