A scintillating display by Fakhar Zaman gave Pakistan A a thrilling win in the deciding match of their one-day series against England Lions.
The Men in Green sealed a grand comeback in the series to win by a 3-2 margin.
Lions’ batsmen caved in the face of Zaman’s exploits after opting to bat first, with wicketkeeper and England international Sam Billings the top scorer with a 101-ball 89.
Zaman, introduced as the seventh bowler in the attack by skipper Junaid Khan, ripped through the middle-order to return figures of 5-25.
Zaman followed his bowling brilliance with a match winning 68-ball 65. His stroke-filled fifty included eight fours as the hosts went past the target in the 48th over after a middle-order stutter.
