Obituary: AJK journalist dies of cardiac arrest

Qureshi leaves behind a widow and a two-year-old daughter

MUZAFFARABAD: Senior journalist and former secretary general of the Central Union of Journalist (CUJ) Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Aamir Muzaffar Qureshi died here on Thursday due to cardiac arrest. He was 41.

Qureshi, who was admitted to a hospital after he fell on a road, died during treatment.


His funeral prayers would be offered at Khurshid Hassan Stadium on Friday. Qureshi leaves behind a widow and a two-year-old daughter.
