and Appreciation of Evidence” at the Federal Judicial Academy (FJA).
A total of 26 civil judges cum magistrates from all over Pakistan as well as Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir attended the training.
“A judge both in his private and professional life should behave in a manner as to preserve the dignity of the office. The conduct of a judge must reaffirm the people’s faith in the integrity of the judiciary.
As judgeship is a sacred trust of Allah, therefore we must understand and realise that there is no room for error. Our decisions and judgments must speak and become our recognition as a symbol of justice in the society,” he said.
He also distributed certificates among the participants. FJA Director General Fakhar Hayat also spoke at the concluding ceremony of the course.
