Missing: Labourer found dead
The police spokesperson said the body had been sent to a mortuary for autopsy

Police said on Thursday that the body of a missing labourer had been retrieved from a sewerage drain in Nishatabad area.
The police spokesperson said the body had been sent to a mortuary for autopsy. He said police had registered an FIR of the incident following a complaint by Bashir, the father of the deceased.

Police said on Thursday that the body of a missing labourer had been retrieved from a sewerage drain in Nishatabad area.
A police spokesperson said 27-year-old Munawar, a Chak 100-JB resident, used to work at a dyeing factory. He said he had gone missing on Wednesday after leaving home for work. The police spokesperson said his relatives had tried to locate him in vain.
He said his body had been spotted floating in a drain in Chak-100-JB’s vicinity. The police spokesperson said a police team had retrieved the deceased’s body after being tipped-off. He said Munawar appeared to have been shot.
The police spokesperson said the body had been sent to a mortuary for autopsy. He said police had registered an FIR of the incident following a complaint by Bashir, the father of the deceased.
