Transfers, postings: Muhammad Azam Khan appointed new ACS

Muhammad Azam (a BS-21 officer) has been appointed to the position, Agha (a BS-21 officer)

As speculated, the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government has removed Dr Hammad Uwais Agha from the position of Planning and Development additional chief secretary (ACS) and posted Muhammad Azam Khan as the new ACS.



According to a handout issued by the government on Monday, since Muhammad Azam (a BS-21 officer) has been appointed to the position, Agha (a BS-21 officer) has been asked to report to the establishment department for further instructions.


Moreover, Muhammad Azam has also been given the additional charge of secretary for sports and tourism as well as the director general of the Planning and
Development Galiyat Development Authority.
