KSA-Iran conflict: Pakistan should play neutral: Hoti

ANP K-P President Amir Haider Hoti has said Pakistan should be the neutral party in negotiations between Saudi Arabia and Iran. Hoti was speaking to journalists in Charsadda on Monday. He said the prime minister should have taken Parliament into confidence before visiting the two countries but appreciated the efforts of Pakistan to mediate between Saudi Arabia and Iran. While commenting on Indo-Pak relations, he stated Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit helped diminish distrust between the two countries but the peace process was derailed following an attack on Pathankot air base in India.
