Shershah bridge collapse

This is with reference to a report in your paper of April 29 which said that the bail of those accused in the Shershah bridge collapse was extended. The sorry fact is that since the NHA is involved in this project, those responsible for the collapse are unlikely to be punished.
Perhaps this has to do with the fact that the military manages the NHA and we all know that in this country there is a different law for civilians and quite another for military officials.
