LAHORE:
An additional district and sessions judge awarded life imprisonment on Friday to two men convicted of possessing 150 kilogrammes of hashish. The judge acquitted another suspect giving him the benefit of doubt. The judge awarded life imprisonment to Adil Shah and Wajid Shah and fined them Rs100,000 each. In case of non-payment, they will have to undergo additional one-year imprisonment. Tehzeeb Butt was acquitted.
