Rest in peace: Khwaja Sharif’s son-in-law passes away
Azhar is survived by a wife and four children. He died of cardiac arrest

Advocate Azhar Hameed, son in-law of former Lahore High Court chief justice Khwaja Muhammad Sharif, passed away on Friday.
He was buried at the Miani Sahib graveyard. Those who attended the funeral prayers included Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman, Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik and Justice Sardar Tariq Masood from the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Lahore High Court Chief Justice Ijazul Ahsan and Justice Khalid Mahmood Khan. Among noted lawyers, Hamid Khan, Azam Nazir Tarar, Akram Sheikh, Ahmad Awais and Azhar Siddique were present. Quran khwani for the departed soul would be held after Zuhr prayer on Saturday (today) at his Johar Town residence. Azhar is survived by a wife and four children. He died of cardiac arrest.
