Afghanistan peace process: Quadrilateral meeting on Monday
The decision was taken during a meeting of the four countries on the occasion of the Heart of Asia Conference

A quadrilateral meeting between Pakistan, Afghanistan, China and the United States will be held here on Monday to push forward the peace process in Afghanistan. According to diplomatic sources, Secretary Foreign Affairs, Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry and Deputy Foreign Minister of Afghanistan, Hekmat Khalil Karzai will represent Pakistan and Afghanistan, respectively, in the meeting. The decision about the quadrilateral coordination committee to push the peace process in Afghanistan was taken during a meeting of the four countries on the occasion of the Heart of Asia Conference held in Islamabad on December 9.
