Imposters In Action: Rangers not collecting any donations

The Rangers urged the people not to cooperate with such elements

KARACHI:
Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, have clarified that they have nothing to do with any donation collection campaign. In a statement issued on Thursday, the Rangers said that according to intelligence reports, some anti-social elements wearing Rangers uniform and pretending to be the personnel of the paramilitary force collect door-to-door donations. It said that this is a conspiracy to defame Rangers as the paramilitary force does not have any connection with such a campaign. The Rangers urged the people not to cooperate with such elements and if they find them anywhere, they should immediately contact the Rangers helpline, 1101, and phone number 0213 668 6330 so that such elements could be brought to justice.
