For someone who is campaigning to be the president of one of the most powerful nations in the world, you would expect Donald Trump to know where the major cities in the world are.

However, following an attempted terror attack in Paris on the first anniversary of Charlie Hebdo on Thursday, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s tweet placed Paris in Germany.

Man attempting attack on Paris police station cried 'Allahu Akbar': government

“Man shot inside Paris police station. Just announced that terror threat is at highest level. Germany is a total mess-big crime. GET SMART!”
