Murder: Man seeks arrest of son-in-law
Riaz Ali submitted that his daughter had married Abdul Manan

An additional district and sessions judge on Monday sought comments from the Factory Area SHO on a petition requesting the court to order arrest of his son-in-law for killing the former’s daughter. Riaz Ali submitted that his daughter had married one Abdul Manan.
He said Manan used to argue with her. “Six months ago, we had gone visiting her when Manan shot her dead at his mother’s behest,” Ali said.
He said he had registered an FIR against Manan but police had not arrested him. He requested the court to direct police to arrest Manan.
