Great emphasis: Work initiated on upgrading schools
The official said around 21 schools out of 422 will be renovated under the project in different phases

The government has sped up work for upgrading various schools in the capital under the PM’s Education Reforms Initiative. Tenders have been invited for maintenance, upgradation, renovation, installation of security and biometric attendance systems at different schools, said an official of Federal Directorate General. He said around 21 schools out of 422 will be renovated under the project in different phases. He said this project was officially initiated with the inauguration of a transformed girls’ school at Panjgran village by the Prime Minister on December 11.
