Chandio visits Karachi Press Club and meets the newly elected body of the club

KARACHI:

The Sindh Chief Minister's information adviser, Maula Bux Chandio, has said that there is neither  a possibility of governor rule nor an in-house change in Sindh, adding that the Sindh government did not clash with the federal government over the Rangers' issue.

Chandio visited Karachi Press Club on Thursday and met the newly elected body of the club. Speaking to the media, he said that the provincial government and the leadership of the Pakistan Peoples Party wanted the Rangers to have powers and the on-going operation in the city to continue till the last terrorist is caught.

"The federal government must listen to the Sindh government's grievances," he said, adding that the two did not clash over the Rangers' issue; instead the conflict was due to some legal issues, which will be resolved.

He said that the provincial government, after the recent meeting with the premier, was waiting for the federal government's response.
