Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 19

As an Aries, your convictions are pure and powerful. Once you’ve formed an opinion or made a decision, you’ll stick with it. However, certain of those views clash so strongly with others that, if you’re to maintain harmony, you might want to keep your thoughts to yourself, at least for now.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

Leaving practical matters to certain individuals can be worrying, especially if they’re not very good with facts and figures. Still, judging by the current planetary setup, you’ve no choice. What you can do, however, is talk things through beforehand. Give them whatever information you think would be useful. Then, back off.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

Only days ago, you were enjoying a lively debate about certain ideas, plans and exciting commitments. Unfortunately, somebody has misunderstood what you said and, worse, is misrepresenting your views to others. There’s no arguing dealing with these is tedious, but the results of ignoring them would be far worse.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

For ages you’ve known certain already complex matters of a joint nature, personal or otherwise, would need to be dealt with. However, something has always prevented you mentioning these. Now that Venus is moving to accent them, you should be able to raise, discuss and resolve them, possibly all at once.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

It’s odd, but many Leos dislike acknowledging that along with your charm and dynamic personality, you have a stubborn streak. The latter characteristic is being triggered now, mostly because of practical changes you’re battling. They may be disruptive, but they’re also essential, as you’ll discover if you ignore them.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

If you’re not already aware of it, your ruler Mercury will be retrograde from 5 to 25 January. Not only that, it will be accenting both practical and personal matters. While in some situations there’ll be only minor confusion, in others, what arises could be as informative as it is disruptive.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

Obviously you’d rather be confident that others are backing your plans. While these are your initiatives and, therefore, entirely your responsibility, being able to talk things through helps clear your mind. Let those whose company you value know that, and don’t be shy about it. They’ll be pleased and honoured.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

A few days ago, the Sun departed one of the most practical angles of your chart. While you’ve dealt with numerous down to earth issues, and are relieved they’ve been put to rest, you need a break. Not only will you get it, unexpected events will do wonders to lift your spirits.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

The moment has come to untangle recent misunderstandings. Tempting as it is to ignore these in the hope they’ll blow over, it’s not only unwise, it would lead to complications down the road. Tedious as talking things through might be, what you learn will justify the time these discussions require.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

There are certain matters you studiously avoid mentioning, simply because you have no intention of discussing them. However, with the communication planet Mercury meeting the planet of both secrets and revelation, Pluto, in Capricorn three times, on 19 December and twice in January, you’ve no choice but to talk those over.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

As an Aquarius, you’ve a knack for handling others, even those who can be very difficult. Yet because of recent tensions, all your thoughts and energy have been devoted to maintaining the status quo. Now, at long last, circumstances are stable enough you can focus on certain intriguing joint ventures.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Every once in a while, somebody is so exasperating you’re unable to contain your temper. If you haven’t already given one person in particular a piece of your mind, you’re likely to. This won’t just be a relief, the individual in question couldn’t possibly ignore your words or the irritation behind them.
